Highly disappointing service

I saw them on Facebook in May..App**** for itc clearance. I paid R1700. I have tried several times to communicate with them with no success. They last time they communicated with me was on the 30th of June. I got my credit report today and things took an unexpected turn. My score went down by 36 and has wrong information that i missed payments in June and July whereas i have never. Im highly disappointed.
