Good start until you pay
All started off very well. Great communication, big promises of being cleared within 21 days of payment. I then paid and the communication stopped. I was promised an invoice and updates and nothing has happened.

We sorry to hear how you feel, However Please note that as per our records the 21 Business days only elapses on the 2nd of February 2022.
Date of Application - Operations Processing Commenced on the 13th of October, Payment Date Passed for October and November and therefore we provided you with a 50% Black Friday offer.
Payment was received on the 16th of December, As of this date our office was closed till the 4th of November.
On the 9th of January we did confirm that the timeline will only commence as of the 4th of January and we provided the office contact details should you have any urgent questions in the interim.
We understand WhatsApp may be the most convenient but follow up messages within the 72 hours response times could cause delays and therefore we ask that you sms or call as well.
We once again confirm that you will be assisted soon as the final timeline is the 2nd of February which is the 21 days.
