Good day, I have paid money in full to be removed from debt review, I got my clearance certificate 5 months ago, yet still I'm being decline by retail stores, at the banks it still state I'm under debt review, I've contacted National ITC several times, it
Good day, I have paid money in full to be removed from debt review, I got my clearance certificate 5 months ago, yet still I'm being decline by retail stores, at the banks it still state I'm under debt review, I've contacted National ITC several times, it was promised the bureaus was updated, they were supposed to come back to me with feedback, absolutely nothing. Now I'm being ignored. Why? Is this how they treating clients? It's extremely frustrating being blocked, and not being able to move forward in life. All I wanted was an honest answer. But thank you. I will contact another company pay R2000 to finally get removed. Another 21days to wait for something I've paid loyally.

We are soorry to see this feedback as we did last correspond with you on Wednesday which you acknowledged thankfully.
We urge you not to contact other companies whom may try to remarket for fees but contact credit bureaus or the NCR for any confirmation of clearance should you want clarification of your clearance certificate.
I refer to your previous rating where you did obtain credit score increase and became credit worthy.
Therefore we do understand that it is a bit worrying when 1 of the many credit bureaus take longer, but it will be followed up on and you will see the results.
The current outcome is not due to you being cleared from Debt Review, It is just a delay on one of the credit bureaus.
