Empty promises with no delivery

On the 24 of February 2023. I requested National ITC consultanting company to assist me with getting my debt review Clearance certificate. I was promised that the certificate will be issued within 6 weeks or early *Communication are kept on what's app group created by them not on email * As a customer I had to demand feedback * Excuses after excuses are given * Payment was demanded to proceed with the process otherwise the process can not start( upon signing of document payment was not mandatory) then I decided to payment the requested amount of R3000 * until today no clearance certificate received * Follow have been done via calls, what's app group communication and email but no replies * When I called their landline *** am taken from one person to another or am told the consultation dealing with my case is not available or on lunch or busy on another call and promised a call back which never happened *turn around of whatsapp or email is 24hrs to 48hrs however lately no respond at all * I wrote requesting my refund if they can not help me, Claudia still not respond Service is too bad.
