Effective Commitment and perseverance

I logged a complaint here on hellopeter with their bad service on the 14th April 2022, Claudine then called in about an hour after having logged that. She then explained to be all the delay from NCR and time frame that is scheduled for my issues to be resolved. I am now in position of the clearance certificate that was issues by her this morning(16/04/2022) and was informed that in 7 days all should be good on my profile. I am now grateful and she has restored my trust with National ICT Consultants. Kudos to Claudine for her tireless efforts to reach out to me on odd days. Thanks you.
