Don't reach out to them

Called them after I saw the advert that they can clear your name within 40 working days. The 40 days is long gone and don't even bother calling them or sending a message on what's up group. Claudine completely ignores your email including Justin. Will be taking a drive to see them personally which is a cost on my side.
