I was promised clearance within 21 days from payment date. I made a payment in September and all was well until recently when I'm the one to ask for feedback twice and the call centre is not helpful.

We are sorry that you are not feeling sure about your process But let us assure you that all is up to date..
We successfully received your proof of payment on the 27th of September, and the timeline for receipt of payment was 7 days and a further 5 days for an admin update.
You have successfully received 3 updates since then which was communicated and acknowledged on the 31st of October with references.
Kindly note clearance certificate is processed within 21 - 30 days of payment but at times there is still outstanding paid up letters to support the action, which we are in process of with.
Rest assured you will receive good news soon 🙂
