Disappointed clients.

I am very disappointed with this company since I finish payment in August I never heard anything from them. I just want my money back. They are not helpful it's 3 months now without communication. I ever try to write email to Claudia but no respond. I don't know whether to trust them or not but I just want them to know I am not happy at all.
