Debt review removal Process not followed through the end, bad customer service and communication.

I finished paying them end of August for debt review removal, now it's December and still the debt removal flag shows on the credit bereu.They left me hanging without ensuring the whole process is done. When you follow up Pratishka who was handling my account,never returns my calls, bad communication, poor customer service, I'm soo frustrated mxm!
