Bad service worst ever
This is the worst company I ever dealt with, no responce on whatsapp group not answering phones. We paid in full and we have to make calls to find out what is the status off our debt. Which is still unknown No communication from them at all. Patetic service. Looks like if you pay them they just ignore you flat. If no responce after this review we will get a new lawyer to take them on. This company is ******** DO NOT TRUST THEM. We are waiting since 2021 Nov no responce.

However she was successfully in contact with your spouse confirming that the company whom have placed him on debt review has finally released information about a Debt Review application on your husbands profile but not released any confirmation that you were also listed and we have requested your ID Number to investigate and provide a full report back.
Note an notice was sent to your spouse in terms of the information needed, Kindly review and reply on that method of communication.

Matter still not resolved.
This company is just talk and no show.
Went to the bank just to find out we are still listed and that we cannot settle our debt because it still shows the same result.
Get this sorted we paid you.
