Bad service from National ITC Consultant - Tristan

Please assist, I have experienced bad service from a guy named Tristan at this company. I requested that this company help me to remove my name on ITC, this Tristan guy said I must deposit R 2500.00 and they will help me but the process takes about 21 days after the deposit has been made. On the 26 June 2021 I deposited an amount of R 2500.00 which they confirmed that they gave received, Today is the 04 August 2021 their 21 days deadline has long passed but I have been cleared by them from the ITC. I have requested feedbacks from this Tristan guy on whatsup messages and he referred me to call a phone number which to my disbelief it was not our agreement, I am not sure why should I call that number because they have created a group chat on whatsup were they requested that I keep in touch with them for any feedback. I have requested a feedback from both Tristan and the group but none could reply and give feedback to me. I just want them to refund me, so that I can find a company which can be able to help me. Bad service from this Tristan guy, what a liability to this fly by night company who seems to be de*****ing innocent and desperate people looking for help.
