BAD SERVICE FROM NATIONAL ITC
I am personally don't believe in all these positive feedbacks about National ITC. My experience with the company is heartbreaking. Their interactions with me before I made a payment was excellent. After making a payment on 20 December 2022 things changed. Their last WhatsApp is on 26 January 2023 promising to update me within upcoming week which they never did. I wrote another WhatsApp on 24 May requesting them to give feedback as promised, no response from them since then. On 03 June 2023 I called them, the consultant who did not give me her name assured me my file is in order and I will be called back soon after, which never happened. Attached herewith is their last response.
