Bad service!

Bad service! Paid R3000 for ITC clearance in August 2023,they open a whatsapp group chat for communication,and when ever l need an update no one respond , till this day l have not receive my ITC clearance from them, its February 2024 and still no communication. They very unprofessional and misleading. This company should be investigated.
