Bad service and lack of customer service

I have sign up with this company in 22nd of April 2023 in request of thier service of being removed from debt review status as it was affecting my employment. I have paid R5250 on the 2th and have been promised that I will be assisted within 60 days. The last time I heard from the consultants or actually the company is on 06th of June 2023. With the numerous number of calls and whatsapp send however no body is bothered to call back and offer feedback or explain the status of my request.
