Bad Service

I consulted and app**** with National ITC Consulting for clearance in terms of debt review. I have paid them in full in 2 installments as arranged. At first they kept contact gave me feedback and they promised that my name will be cleared in 2month. It has been 4 months now and nothing has changed, my credit score has not improved is still showing me as under debt review and I have not received my clearance certificate. You really need to nag them before you get a thing out of them, they make empty promises. They don't respond to messages either on whatsapp or you leave message with someone on the land line phone their service is unacceptable. All I want is for the clearance certificate and my an update on my credit score. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this company. The reason I started this process is still stands and for the fact that my name is not yet being cleared it's hampering alot of things in my life. I need assistance with this matter.
