Bad experience I got

Onthe 1st of April I have sent my request to National ITC Consulting with the excitement of getting help from them regarding my clearance, file was opened for me n also sent dem all my proof of payments as I was with debt review for 3years and my life seemed to be stucked...yes they were so helpful at first communicating with me giving me feedback and all forms were done even sent me emails when they were communicating with my debt review, I had hope, believe and got all excited regarding their help i then made payment onthe 20th of May which they started with my enquiry all was good n I was so excited that soon my life will be back to normal, even referred a friend but he was not happy with how they were being unprofessional with him,the 25th of May I asked my consultant Vincent how long does clearance take he assures me of 40working days turnaround time which I was good with as i also needed to be patient, 21st of June I sent dem WhatsApp telling Vincent I was not happy at all with their silence n m getting scared because even when I sent to the group no one is saying anything he then assured me that feedback will be given to me shortly and I relaxed again, 23rd I sent screenshot of my credit score asking them why hasn't my score moved as it showed that it was last updated in May? 28th of June consultant told me he have sent request to their admin for immediate feedback, 30th of June no feedback still...onthe 2nd of July I sent watsapp again onthe morning then after 1hour I saw communication onthe group that clearance has successfully been done even the link for credit check so that I can monitor on my side and it will take about 7working days for credit bureaus to finalize everything, I couldn't get excited and told them ll celebrate after that seing that everything its done, yesterday onthe 13th of July it was 7working day n I expected to atleast when I login my creditcheck I would find good status but still nothing it's still the same ?I took a screenshot sent to them and asked for explanation but its silence like usual...I am so hurt in all this as I wasn't reallly expecting this kind of behaviour from National ITC Consulting, I cannot live like this this is hurting me and all my plans are stucked with me still.
