Bad experience

I had the worst experience with this company. I wanted them to assist me in removing my name from debt review and they asked me to pay an amount of R7000 for their service which I paid in two installments and my last payment was in March 2023. I waited for their response after paying everything and kept calling and sending messages on their watsup but they didn't respond even to my emails until I called one of their few numbers and was able to reach them and that was in June the 8th and was told that they haven't collected my paid up letters to start the process and they will start doing that now that I called. It took them the whole 4 Months to start doing something and only after I laid a complaint. I will not recommend this company to anyone their services is bad and they dont deliver any results they will just collect your money and sit on it. I requested for my refund since they did not help me in anyway and was told no refund is due to me and I still want my money back even today as I feel I was ****** by them for taking my money and not giving me any service.
