Bad customer service and unreliable company

I joined NITCC in March 2023 for assistance with debt review removal, their consultant advised me that it would take about 60 days to clear my name. I paid a total once off payment as per contract. NITCC has not contacted me since May there has been no progress on my account since I made the payment. we are now on the eighth month and still no updates from NITCC.
