Appalling Service

I am very disappointed with the service it first started of good I was kept on the loop with the progress of my ITC removal. I finished paying them off and pending my paid up letter to date I have not received any feedback after several follow ups done with them. I have contacted the number that was provided however everytime I call through the phone just rings and no answer. It is very sad that I have committed in making all payments but not getting the assistance I need.
