I have a Edgar's homeloan that is paid up but it is flagged on the credit bureaus and it is a struggle to get it off . I saw a add of National ITC consulting on FB and contacted them . They were very helpful and said that they can help me resolve my issue I have. In the beginning I have received regular feedback and updates from them on a WhatsApp group where they added me to and they even said that if I have any questions I can ask it there. After my payment of R3000 to them everything went quite and I get no response to my questions. They asked me to confirm my email address to send me a invoice for proof of payment and not even that I have received. Please people be careful of this company.
