After payment the service is not good

I would like to mention that the service I have received in the beginning was good. I then payed the money in 3 installments to have me unflagged. I then received a watsapp on the 8th March to say after the 7business days I need to register with credit bereu which I have. I message them for assistance and when they finally reply there is attitude in the messages. This is not what I payed for to have such service.i joined them in October and my query is still on going. They messaged me today to say that someone will call me at 4 today. I will await the call.
