5 months with no Update!

If I could add 0 stars I would. Stay away from this company. I paid my last installment in March and its been 5 months no update no clearance certificate. I send a whatsapp message everyday and Im being left on read. I even sent emails no one responds back to me , I need to call everyday the phone just rings and when I do get through the person dealing with my case is never at her desk!. I want my money back if you cant assist me!
