Good day on the 13 October 2023 I signed up with the company to be assisted with debt review removal so that I can get the clearance certificate as promised. I made a payment of R3000 which was discounted to me by the company. I waited 40 days to do a follow-up with the company via WhatsApp and also have been calling the office line on the logo and to this date I do not get any response on the line I was assured that a consultant who has my file will will provide update but till to date no one is answering the group chat created by the company NITC and even the consultant who registered me said I will receive a feedback is not answering. This is a stressful process as service.is not delivered as promised. Has the company de*****ed me? Was I sold a dream? I dont know. I saw the reivews on their FB page that people were happy with services rendered by the company. Can I also get value for money.
