WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I have experienced nothing but frustration and disappointment working with Nimtec. Or I should rather say trying to work with them.

I have reached out to Nimtec and only Nimtec as they were supposed to be the best. But I have experienced nothing but poor service. Lack of communication (on both email and Whats App). I ALWAYS have to follow-up like an idiot on my mails and Whats Apps sent. Leaving me feeling like I’m waisting their time.

I am trying to run a business with reliable suppliers with whom I can walk the road. I’m looking for suppliers that strive for excellence, takes pride in their work and communication and who will support me and my business in making recommendations and sharing ideas as “signage” is not my field of expertise but it is theirs. I have not received any of this from Nimtec.

And you can’t even complain to the “big boss” because he is part of the problem.

Disgrace!!
