Bad service

In all honesty I'm annoyed with the service from NHf... Since last year I have been waiting and submitted the documents for the payments to be made. And only this month I'm being responded to but still no service has been done. Worse part I have sent documents that are required but I get a feedback that the documents cannot be opened Honestly speaking this company is *********. The worst to ever deal with.
