The NHBRC is not on the side of the public

The NHBRC doesn't act on complaints so I don't know if they are serving the interests of home buyers or ************ and *********** builders and developers. But certainly it's our tax money running that organisation but it doesn't act on its mandate which must make ***** developers very happy. I'm in a new house which has a number of serious defects but the developer is allowed to get away with it by the NHBRC. I'm not the only one as virtually all houses in this complex have the same issues of cracks, low quality material and leaks. I sent a complaint in January but no one from NHBRC has come to do an assessment and hold the Developer to account.
