Wrong capturing

Hello Peter.

My name is Kego, one day received a call from a debt collectors stating that I owe Lancet laboratory an amount of R600. I was a bit surprised when they told me that my medical aid did not settle my account because I am a cash patient.

To cut the story short, someone else's results were captured under my name as well as the bill.

I was listed and harassed by debt collectors. Where do we report such cases?
