Why do people get monthly salaries

I have been harrassed by you people and a debt collection agency for a in Hospital account from March 2015.<br> This account was paid by Bonitas and a confirmation letter to this effect was sent to me by Alicia Raharala on the 14th August 2015. Since then I have had calls from a debt collecting agency regarding non payment of this account. This is now starting to get me down as it is obvious that inefficiency to say the least is involved. Why am I being harrassed in this way. As it was in Hospital Bonitas paid the account in June and this was confirmed to NHL after I had to make numerous calls. It cost me over R100 in calls which I requested Alicia to repay as a token of good will which never happened. Can you please sort this out and stop this harrassment.
