Unprofessional lack of response on interview outco

My nature of complaint extends throughout the NHLS, concerning their total inconsideration by refusing to reply candidates as to the outcome of their applications, after their respective interviews, over quite a number of weeks after that. I have encountered this problem throughout every department within the NHLS, to say it is unprofessional, would be an understatement. My most recent experience required me to mail my respective degrees to HR staff member Michael (Braamfontein), however, I am quite confused as to why they required these documents in the first place, but refuse to reply when you inquire about your interview outcome. A varsity document is only required once the staff members agree to hire you, not before that. I have been for other interviews, and this definitely was not the process.
