Terrible Service

In 2016 I used the services of NHLS. I settled the account immediately and keeping proof. This year 2019 I received a mail from CRedit Intel that I owe NHLS an amount of R538.26. We contacted Henry Nyandeni ********** ********** > and we sent him the proof of payment. He then confirmed in his mail on the 9th of May 2019 that he contacted Credit Intel to retract the account. But yesterday I received the same message again that I ignored a notice to pay an amount of R538.26 and that I should pay it immediately. I sent Henry a mail but he had no response so far.

PLease assist.

I also need proof of my name being cleared at Credit Intel.
