Poor service at Lancet laboratories

I was referred to lancet laboratories for a covid test. They took my medical aid details and performed the test. Weeks later I get a call to say I owe them because My medical aid option doesn't cover the type of test that they took me. It's not my fault that they did a wrong test 9n me that is not covered by my medical aid. They were suppose to check which test my medical aid covers and perfom the exact test.
