Please assist

As a doctor, I cannot understand why the turn around time for an HbA1c is more than 6 days.

I also had a case where one of my patients’ Rheumatoid Factor was not done because the lab was “out of stock for the necessary reagin” to perform the test.

I understand that there’s a systemic failure of the health care system in SA, but this is becoming outrageous. Please, I beg of you, do better at Tembisa Hospital and Charolette Maxexe NHLS!
