PATHETIC

My husband was in a motorcycle accident and the hospital took blood for analysis which he didn't authorize, the motorcycle is a RAF claim, which we are not settling but after numerous notifications and emails to your office you JUST DON'T LISTEN and keep on sending sarcastic sms'e like "WHAT IS THE PROBLEM" etc???????? THE PROBLEM IS YOU DON'T LISTEN OR READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
