NHSL causes a car accident and tries to flee

Hi, on Monday the 29th of June 2020, at approximately 12;30pm. your delivery services proceeded to not only jump a stop street, forcing me to swerve and hit a pavement badly, they slowly tried to drive away. not seeing if im okay. or needed medical attention. a bystander chased them but failed to get there registration. I have not heard from anyone and you can rest assure you will be liable. I expect feedback asap. how can you hire *********?. people who try flee a accident is a ********.
