NHLS up to no good !!!!

I paid an account on behalf my friend which was handed over to Credit intel. I overpaid the account by R500 which was my error. This was on the 26th of September , I have been trying since the 28th of September to get my R500 refunded. I've been sent from pillar to post by both Credit Intel and NHLS. All I want is for my R500 to be refunded!!!!!
