NHLS ROBBING THE POOR

I have a problem whereby my medical scheme, SAMWUMed is accused by NHLS of not paying all of its invoices when I was hospitalised in Groote Schuur during May 2019. NHLS sent my name to Credit Intel to recover those monies. Credit Intel sent me a sms demanding payment. See this ( Notice Way Over Terms. Pay R1128.18 owed to NHLS. FNB Ac *** Br: 250655 *** CreditIntel Tel ***) . I comp**** with this demand. The problem is I mistakenly paid R3800. I have tried to get my change back and have been sent from pillar to post.
