NHLS Handed over. Is this an NHLS type ****. No clue why I have a bill.

Today I received an sms from NHLS, which I didn't even know existed until I read the message, asking me to pay R16346.82 into an FNB Account??? Is this a ****? Can someone from NHLS contact me to sort this out. How on earth did you even get my number? I phoned the number on the sms and the lady sounded just as confused. She couldn't give me a direct answer as to why I got the the sms. She said she would send me an email of the bill. What bill? I don't have any NHLS bills? I haven't visited any kind of lab.
