NHL Braamfontien won't pick up the phone

I call thier landline but know one picks up nor do you get any reply on email. All I'm trying to do is arrange an appointment to do a paternity test. During these covid times we can't just walk in for health and safety reasons, it's disappointing that its so difficult to get assistance.
