NHL billing system

Our daughter was diagnosed with Acute Limphoblastic Leukemia 20/07/2015,and started chemotherapy the next day. She passed away suddenly and abruptly 31/01/2016.this is almost 4 years later and we still receive threatening sms of immediate payments that's due, as recent as a day ago. Every time it's the same, it's accounts never submitted to our medical aid, and it's inhumane. Every time we have to go through the same emotions, and they commit that it will not happen again. Our girl is gone 3years and 10 months, and these people at NHL, make me relive it over and over. My conclusion is, nobody cares, I feel victomized, and have no rights.
