Never received an account now I'm handed over

I never received an account from NHL but now they have handed me over to MDB credit solutions - I received a phone call on 1 February informing me that I am being handed over for an account in October - problem is they NEVER even ent me an account - I have been emailing them trying to sort this out - they flat out ignore me! Siphokazi Shale the person who phoned me ignores my emails as well and a sms confirmed that they handed me over - BUT I did not even know about this account!!!!
