Disappointing service Braamfontein NHLS

I am writing to express my complete and utter disappointment with the level of service at NLH Lab Braamfontein.

I have been trying to contact you for the last 2 days but no one answers the phone. The numbers are as follows: *** / 9471 / 9286 /9344 / 9244

This is of great concern, considering that firstly I am required to make an appointment before going and secondly the department of home affairs only accept paternity tests from this Lab.

Can we please get to the bottom of this as soon as possible as I am sure that many South-Africans rely on this service.
