Creditintel/NHLS doesn't want to pay my money back

I have been trying to get hold of creditintel for the past 6 months now for a refund. I have spoken to the agents and they have confirmed that I overpaid on my account and promised to pay me back, and took my banking details. i followed up after weeks and they said they dont know whats the hold up, they will transfer me to the accounts department or manager (Moliehi and Precious) whom i've never spoken to because the phone never gets successfully transferred, its says not available. I sometimes dont even know if creditintel even exists or if it's just a ****.

I have spoke to the NHLS here in tygerberg where I took the bloods,but they also can't help, they said they have discontinued their service with creditintel. I am so disappointed and hurt with the service i have received from creditintel and NHLS, i have more medical procedures i am paying and they cant give back my money.
