billing

Nhls has handed me over for an amount which as per the medical aid has been dealt with.now my understanding of an outstanding bill when the medical aid doesn't pay they notify you and so does the company you owe money to and not a year and a half later.And to some strange reason I'm given a number to call nhls yet I can't get through so when you guys decide to actually sort out this matter then call me and not the lame credit company you handed me over too who doesn't listen nor have proper info.
