Bad service by NHL

Good day, I experience endless problems with national health laboratories, I was handed over to Creditintel by NHL, to the amount of R170.14, I received sms on 27 March 2019 the next day 28 March 2019 I phoned Credilintel asking them to forward me a statement wrt to this account, on 29 March 2019 I phoned creditintel again, telling the them , I am still waiting on the statement. I was informed they did contact NHL, still waiting on their response. Low and behold on 10 April 2019, I received an SMS saying there is an amount of R246.23 same account. I phoned creditintel on 11 April 2019, I was told they didn't get any response from NHL, but they going to put my account on hold. My main concern, I was handed over by NHL without consulting or any communication, hope you understand the content of this communication
