Health Laboratory Service don't send my accounts to my medical fund, GEMS, in time and then they make it my problem. During 2014 I had to pay more than R1 400-00. I discovered that it were old accounts from previous years that were never paid. During September 2015 I had to pay R167-00 which I did but then I discovered that it was already paid by my medical fund back then and it was an account from 26 September 2013! On 28 September 2015 I faxed them a letter, explaining what happened and requesting my money back. On 4 October 2015 I e-mailed them the same letter. I have not received any feedback from them to date. I am not satisfied with their service at all and I want you to investigate this for me, please.
