National Geographic Renewed Subsciption - Still NO DELIVERY

<p>Decided to renew my subscription with National Geographic Magazine on the 29th December 2016.</p> <p>Following up on the 11th of January to find out when I can expect my first hard copy to be delivered. No response.</p> <p>Emailed again on the 17th of January - no response.</p> <p>Emailed again on the 22nd of January - no response.</p> <p>Emailed again on the 30th of January - received an email that they are referring my enquiry to another department - no details given to enable me to follow up.</p> <p>Emailed again today - awaiting any feedback!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
