Disappointing Sales Rep

I have been trying to get in contact with the sales rep for my region for over 2 months. We scheduled a meeting which went very well and since then I am yet to have a reply. The sales rep continuously blue ticks me on WhatsApp. I Find this very unprofessional and disappointing. I expected a better service from National Geographic.
