Poor workmanship and under standard material
Me and my wife contacted above mentioned for a log cabin, we bought a package from them all included. after many phone conversations as to when building were supposed to start and where we paid R150 000 of the R200 000 over they finally started to build plus minus 6 weeks later but with very poor workmanship and under standard material, they suspended building after we had a roof inspector on site that informed us that the rooftrussel were under standard and dangerous. They have one after another stories not to come and finish the log-cabin. They even demand that we pay the balance before they will return They also demand a building plan, after they build 30% already. To our knowledge we bought a full package. They also demand that we sighn an indemnaty fiorm
