Good service from the start to the end!
When a person receives good service and after sales from a Company, out of the ordinary one tends to forget to show the necessary gratitude towards the Company. You just assume that this is the way to go but with all the BAD service I experienced with major Companies the last 3 months, I felt I must congratulate them on work well done! I requested a quote, this was send via e-mail within 24 hours, I then requested a site meeting as I was in need of 6 cabins at the Vaal. I wanted to meet these people as I have been dealing with them on the phone for more than two weeks. Vanessa came to do a site meeting with 2 Contractors, and from the start I knew this Company will be able to assist me with my request. I changed the outlays about 5 times but never were there any complaints, not even by the Architect in submitting a new outlay. The Contractors came to do the installation, this was done within 4 weeks taking into consideration they worked in the rain and at night time. I must congratulate the Manager Vanessa with a excellent job done and thumbs up for the Contractors! Carry on with the good work!
