**************** WITH SUBSTANDARD GOODS!!!!!

We ordered harp banners through this company (NATIONAL FLAG IN KEW, JHB). Upon installing the banners the poles were made of wood and kept on breaking. We went back and informed them only to be told they can replace the ones that were broken. Fine we went back and tried to install and they broke whilst we were still standing there. They were closed for the year so we had to buy the stands from another company which worked so well. When they opened we gladly returned the hardware and were told (BY AYDONNE THAT MANAGER), that we installed them wrong and we were not going to get a refund. ANYONE THAT WANTS THEIR PRINTING OF PROMOTIONAL ITEMS DONE I ADVISE THAT YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY SUPPLY VERY SUBSTANDARD GOODS AND THEY ARE ******. I WILL MAKE SURE THAT AS MANY PEOPLE CAN BE AWARE OF SUCH DEALINGS!!!!!!
